Satisfactory Hotel Experience
helpful staff quick taxi forgotten key proper storage flaking paint tired bathroom
The staff were amazing and very helpful. They sorted out a taxi for me quickly. The hotel also let me back in when I forgot my key.
The room lacked proper storage. There was a cubby hole for hanging clothes, but only one drawer. The bathroom was also very tired with flaking paint.

peeling paint bathroom mold
The restaurant was closed upon my arrival at 6 PM on a Sunday. The bed felt cheap and made noise with every movement. The bathroom exhaust fan ran continuously even with the light off. The bathroom was quite old with peeling paint and mold.

charmed stay in cardiff area
friendly staff taxi arrangement warm welcome on-site parking
the staff where so friendly and helpful i noticed. they assisted with taxi arrangements, and the welcome felt warm, like you knew them. the rooms i saw had a clean, nice feel. the on-site parking was very convenient i thought.
the room i got was fairly basic and did not feature biscuits, that felt a bit sparse.

i did see parking available on the premises, always so handy. christmas decorations where up creating a festive air. it felt very charmed.

the staff seemed very friendly i could tell. reception helped with directions to the venue too. it was so helpful.

the hotel is handily located near the motorway i noticed. getting around was quite convenient. i liked that so much.
